Terms of Service

These terms cover the Closertek service: a done for you website and local presence system for service businesses, billed monthly. Signing up or paying for the service means you agree to them.

The service

Closertek builds and operates a website for your business, sets up and manages your Google Business Profile, routes calls and leads to your phone, and runs missed call texting, follow ups, and review requests on your behalf. The specific deliverables are listed in your proposal, which forms part of these terms.

Price and billing

• The service is $497 per month, billed by card through Stripe.
• There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
• Billing continues monthly until you cancel.

Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time: through the Stripe billing portal, or by a text or email to us. No phone call or notice period is required.
• Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. The month already paid for runs to its end.
• Because the service is delivered continuously through the month, payments already made are not refunded. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

What you own, what we own

• Always yours: your Google Business Profile, every review you earn, your customers and their contact details, and your business phone number.
• Ours: the website and the domain we build and host for you. That is why there is nothing to pay up front. If you want to own the site outright you can buy it out at any time; we quote that in writing before anything is signed.
• If you cancel, your Google profile and reviews stay with you. The website and domain remain ours unless bought out.

No guarantees on outcomes

We do not promise a number of calls, leads, or jobs, and we do not guarantee search rankings. What we build makes your business easier to find, easier to reach, and harder to lose leads from. Results vary by trade, area, and season.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, and only customer contact details you have the right to use.
• Texting run on your behalf follows the consent rules in our Privacy Policy; we never bulk text purchased lists.

Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
