Closertek ("we", "us") builds and manages websites and local online presence for service businesses. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact information you give us — your name, business name, phone number, and email when you book a call, reply to us, or sign up for our services.
- Basic site analytics — standard server logs (pages visited, browser type). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule calls, and deliver the services you asked about.
- To send service-related messages you've agreed to receive.
Text messaging (SMS)
- If you opt in to text messages from Closertek, we use your number only to send the messages you signed up for (scheduling, service updates, and replies to your inquiries).
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your contact information with anyone except the service providers we need to operate (hosting, scheduling, messaging), and they may only use it to provide those services to us.
