A web studio for local service businesses in Dallas–Fort Worth

What customers find when they look you up decides who gets the call.

We design, build, and run the website and local online presence for fence, tree care, garage door, roofing, remodeling, and plumbing companies. That is all we do.

Thirty minutes. You will see a demo of your own site before you decide anything.

We build for the people who do the real work.

Not a giant agency. Not a freelancer who disappears.

Closertek is a small studio in Dallas–Fort Worth. We work only with local service businesses, so we know how your customers actually hire. They search, they read reviews, they look at photos of your work, and then they call. Everything we build is aimed at that moment.

Trades only

We do not take restaurants, boutiques, or apps. Your world is the only one we work in, and it shows in the details.

Local, like you

We are based in Dallas–Fort Worth and we answer our own phone. You will always know who is working on your business.

Run, not just launched

A website that sits untouched goes stale. We stay on after launch and handle the upkeep every single month.

What we do

Everything your business needs online, handled.

One studio owns the whole job: your site, your Google presence, your reviews, and the monthly upkeep. You get one number to call and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Your website

Designed, built, and hosted by us. Fast on a phone, clear about your services, and easy for a customer to request a quote or tap to call.

  • Google Business Profile

Set up correctly, kept current, with photos and posts handled. For most local customers, this is the first time they ever meet your business.

  • Reviews

A simple system that asks your satisfied customers at the right moment and brings problems to you before they end up public.

  • Listings and monthly upkeep

Your name, address, and phone number correct everywhere they appear. Updates, changes, and fixes every month. You never touch any of it.

Studio work

Built for a Dallas fence company.

This is a demo site we designed and built for a fence company in Dallas. Quote request up front. Real project photos. Tap to call from every page. It looks like a company you can trust with your property, because that is the whole point.

How it works

You judge finished work, not a pitch.

Most web companies sell you a promise and build later. We work the other way around.

  1. 01

    A short intro call

Thirty minutes with Ismael. We learn your business, your services, and your service area. No slide deck, no pressure.

  2. 02

    We build your demo

Before you commit to anything, we design and build a working demo of your new site. Your name, your services, your photos.

  3. 03

    You see it finished

We walk you through the real thing on a call. You decide with the finished site in front of you, not a promise about one.

  4. 04

    Live and maintained

We launch it, connect your Google profile, and handle updates every month. You answer the phone. We handle the rest.

Who you work with

You work with the owner.

Closertek is run by Ismael Ruiz, based in Dallas–Fort Worth. When you book a call, you talk to him. When you have a question six months from now, you talk to him. There is no account manager and no ticket queue.

That is deliberate. The studio stays small so the work stays sharp and the promises stay kept.

Questions

What skeptical owners ask us

What is the catch?

There is not one hiding. We build a working demo of your site before you decide anything, because finished work beats a sales pitch. How the engagement works, and what it costs, gets covered plainly on the intro call. If we are not a fit, you say so and that is the end of it.

How much does it cost?

Flat monthly, no long contract. The exact number depends on what your business needs, so we go over it on the intro call. You will know the full cost before you agree to anything.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Maybe not. On the intro call we look at what you have together. If it is doing its job, we will tell you. If it is quietly costing you calls, we will show you exactly where and why.

I got burned by a marketing company before.

Most of our conversations start that way. It is why we build first and let you judge a finished site instead of promises, and why we do not lock anyone into a long contract. We keep clients by doing the work, every month.

I am busy. How much of my time does this take?

One intro call, one call to walk through your demo, and the occasional photo texted from a job site. We handle the writing, the design, the building, and the upkeep.

Do you work with businesses outside the trades?

No. Fence, tree care, garage doors, roofing, remodeling, plumbing, and similar local service companies. Staying narrow is how we stay good at it.

See your new website before you decide anything.

Book a thirty minute intro call. We learn your business, then we build a working demo of your site and walk you through it. You judge the finished thing, not a pitch.

Thirty minutes, straight talk. If we are not the right studio for you, you will know on the call.
